of a regibox access for healthcare professionals

It is now possible for any physician or medical practice to receive LNS test results digitally and securely. The regify® IT system, promoted by the eHealth Agency, enables medical professionals to have a regibox through which all laboratory results can be accessed quickly and easily. Beyond efficient data sharing and centralization, this healthcare technology provides a sustainable alternative to the physical delivery of test reports.

regibox protects the integrity and confidentiality of documents sent by the LNS to the physician. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the physician remains responsible for processing the data transmitted by the LNS.

How do you create your regify account?

Go to regify.esante.lu

Click “Sign up now”.
Complete your identification details and click “Register”.

For a medical practice

If you work in a medical practice where your email address is shared by several physicians, you can use the same address to create a single regify account that can host several regiboxes (one per physician) with each laboratory.

Where and how can you download regibox?

Regibox is available on Windows, OS X, Linux, iOS, and Android.

Go to regify.esante.lu.
Click “Download”.
Click “Download regibox manager”. Make sure to select the appropriate version by clicking “Other downloads” to display the complete list

How do you log in to regibox?

To log in to regibox, you must first create a regify account on regify.esante.lu and activate it.
Open regibox.
Enter the login details received when you created your account.
Click “Login” to confirm.
A regibox management window opens. You can close it by clicking the X.

How do you open a regibox with the LNS?

After completing the Laboratory Results Exchange Request Form via Regibox :

You will receive a regibox invitation by email from the LNS with the subject “regibox invitation for…”.
Open the regibox_xxxx.rgbx file attached to this email with regibox.
A regibox invitation window opens. Click “Accept”.
Your regibox has now been created.

How can you access LNS test reports?

You can view LNS test reports directly from your computer’s file explorer.

Reports are available in PDF format. They are systematically accompanied by an XML metadata file that can be used to automatically integrate LNS reports into your patient management software.

Some patient management software providers have already made their tools compatible so that LNS reports can be integrated automatically. Please contact your provider to check compatibility.

What does the LuxTrust seal mean?

The “LuxTrust Data Integrity Guarantee” seal affixed to each document shared via Regibox guarantees the integrity and authenticity of the data and certifies its origin. This seal provides a legal guarantee that the electronic data exchanged was signed by a specific person at a specific time and that the document has not been altered since.

To view all this LuxTrust information in the test report of your choice, click the “LuxTrust Data Integrity Guarantee” seal. Further information is available by clicking “Signature properties”.

How can you terminate the exchange of laboratory results via regibox?

You may terminate the exchange of laboratory results via regibox at any time by downloading the exchange termination form, completing it, and returning it duly signed by email to elab@lns.etat.lu.
